Whoo hoo, it’s day 7 of 7 Days of Decluttering! You made it to the end! 😀
In this week-long challenge, we decluttered our mind, space, commitments, habits, beliefs, and emotions.
Today we’re just going to wrap it all up and conclude things.
Do you feel any different since doing the challenge exercises? (You did do them, right? ;))
If you haven’t gotten the chance to do any of the exercises, go back and do them now. Heck, you could probably do everything in a day or two if you were really ambitious.
If you found some days helpful and others less so, then maybe you can go back and redo some of the days that helped you. Maybe you want to declutter more of your apartment or do more forgiveness work. Maybe you want to practice fully feeling your emotions without pushing them away.
Whatever you decide, I hope this challenge has been helpful in decluttering the emotional and physical sides of your life. Whenever you want to declutter more stuff or do a little spring cleaning in your life, you can go back and redo the challenge.
